A PA commission of inquiry established to investigate the PASF’s repression of protests in c. Ramallah and Dahaysha r.c. on 3/12 finds that the Palestinian troops violated PA regulations and acted disproportionately, although they maintained a “high level of self-control.” The commission recommends punishments for several PASF officers who used excessive violence (PA PM Hamdallah will accept the commission’s recommendations on 3/29).
