Israeli DM Avigdor Lieberman’s office announces that the West Bank and Gaza will be closed for 11 days, from the start of Sukkot on 10/4, except for humanitarian cases. He cites the deadly attack in Har Hadar on 9/26 to justify the unusually long closure. (HA, TOI 10/2)
