In the West Bank, IDF troops open fire on 2 Palestinians as they attempt to walk through the vehicle lane at the Qalandia checkpoint; there are no reported injuries. They also arrest 7 Palestinians during late-night raids near Bethlehem, Tulkarm, Hebron, Salfit, Nablus, and Qalqilya, and patrol near Hebron and Tulkarm. In East Jerusalem, approximately 612 Israeli settlers tour Haram al-Sharif, commemorating the Jewish holiday Sukkot. Israeli forces arrest 2 Palestinians during late-night raids in Issawiyya.
