An Israeli settler shoots and kills a Palestinian minor after he allegedly stabs 3 other settlers in the Israeli settlement Adam near Ramallah. One of the injured settlers succumbs to his wounds shortly after the incident. Elsewhere in the West Bank, IDF troops patrol in and around Hebron, Tulkarm, and Qalqilya.
