Along Gaza’s border, IDF troops open fire on Palestinians approaching the border fence near Bayt Lahiya and Jabaliya refugee camp, injuring 2. In the West Bank, IDF troops arrest 7 Palestinians and issue 1 arrest summons during raids near Jenin and Hebron, and patrol near Hebron.
