In the West Bank, IDF troops arrest 18 Palestinians during raids in and around Bethlehem, Hebron, Ramallah, Jenin, Tulkarm, and Qalqilya; and patrol in and around Tulkarm and Hebron. Israeli settlers cut down 15 olive trees from a Palestinian grove near Hebron. They leave racist graffiti in the area as well. In East Jerusalem, an unidentified assailant stabs and seriously injures an Israeli minor in the East Talpiot settlement. (HA 1/9; PCHR 1/10)
