In the West Bank, Israeli forces notified Palestinians in Madama, Tel and Burin that they will seize land for Israeli military purposes. Israeli forces also arrested 3 Palestinians including 1 during a late-night raid in Sabastiyya; and 2 at checkpoints in Nablus and Hebron. Off the coast of Gaza, Israeli naval forces opened fire on Palestinian fishermen 3 nautical miles west of Jabalia, no injuries were reported. (WAFA, WAFA 1/22; PCHR 1/23)
