In the West Bank, Israeli forces shot and killed 1 Palestinian at a checkpoint near Nablus; the Israeli army claimed the man had opened fire on Israeli forces, but no injuries were reported. The Palestinian man was a captain in the PA security forces and the PA called for an international investigation into his killing. 14 Palestinian families in the Jordan Valley were told to evacuate their homes on 11/10 and 11/11 for an Israeli military drill in the Jordan Valley. 13 Palestinians were arrested during raids in and around Anata, Hebron, Yatta, Bethlehem, Jenin, and Qalqilya.
