In the West Bank, Palestinians were under a PA-issued 48-hour lockdown to halt the spread of the COVID-19 virus for a 2d day. The lockdown will last until 11/29. Israeli forces shot and injured 1 Palestinian minor using live ammunition outside of his home in Silwad. Israeli forces also clashed with Palestinians in Hebron, leading to tear-gas related injuries. 3 Palestinians were arrested, including 2 at checkpoints near Bethlehem, and 1 during a late-night raid in Hebron.
