In the West Bank, 1 Palestinian woman was arrested for allegedly using a small kitchen knife to stab 1 Israeli settler, causing minor injuries, at al-Ibrahimi Mosque in Hebron; the Palestinian woman was subsequently arrested. Palestinian accounts said the woman was assaulted by an Israeli settler who then claimed she had tried to stab the settler. Israeli settlers with military escort raided Burqa, leading to clashes between Palestinians and Israeli forces; 8 were injured with rubber-coated bullets and others with tear gas. In Jerusalem, Israeli forces violently dispersed with water cannons right-wing Israelis protesting against the killing of 1 Israeli settler on 12/16 near the Homesh settlement outpost; the Israelis were recorded chanting “death to Arabs” and 13 were arrested.
