In the West Bank, a large group of Israeli settlers threw stones at 2 Palestinian farmers near Dayr Istya. Israeli forces raided Burin, leading to clashes with Palestinians; tear-gas related injuries were reported. Israeli forces also delivered demolition orders for 10 structures in Jib and 1 agricultural structure in al-Walaja. 1 Palestinian was injured by an explosive device left behind by Israeli forces in the Masafer Yatta area. 5 Palestinians were arrested in Jenin and Hebron. PA prime minister Mohammed Shtayyeh said that West Bank hospital intensive care units are at 100% capacity due to a sharp increase in severe COVID-19 cases. 1,693 new cases of the virus and 13 deaths were reported in the West Bank, while 135 new cases were reported in Gaza. (REU, WAFA 3/9)
