In the West Bank, 2 Palestinians were arrested by the separation wall near Deir Balut. In East Jerusalem, 3 Palestinians were arrested in Isawiya during a late-night raid; all 3 were said to have been physically assaulted by Israeli forces during the raid. (WAFA 11/21; PCHR 11/25)

Iran’s Revolutionary Guard Corps said it had seized a foreign ship carrying smuggled diesel and detained its 11 crew members. It was unclear what the nationality of the ship and its crew members were. (AJ, HA 11/20)
