In the West Bank, Israeli forces raided al-Quds University campus in Abu Dis, firing stun grenades and tear gas; no injuries were reported. In an apparent effort to mediate between Russia and Ukraine, Israeli prime minister Naftali Bennett met with Russian president Vladimir Putin in Moscow, followed by phone calls with Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelenskyy, German chancellor Olaf Scholz, and French president Emmanuel Macron.
