In the West Bank, 1 Palestinian was shot dead by Israeli forces after he allegedly killed 3 Israeli settlers and injured 3 others in and around the Ariel settlement. 5 of the settlers were stabbed and 1 was killed in a car ramming. Israeli forces took measurements for a punitive demolition of the alleged assailant’s family home in Haris on 11/16. Israeli settlers attacked 1 Palestinian near Deir Sharaf, forcing him out of his vehicle, assaulting him, and setting the vehicle on fire. Israeli settlers also threw stones at Palestinian vehicles traveling near Hebron, Sa‘ir, Ar-Rashida, Yasuf, Ramin, Haris, Burin, and Kafr Laqif, causing damage. Elsewhere, Israeli settlers threw stones at Palestinian homes in ‘Urif. Israeli settlers also set up a mobile home in ‘Asira al-Qibliya. Israeli forces shot and injured 1 Palestinian minor with a baton round to his head during a raid in Dura. Israeli forces also violently dispersed a funeral procession in Beit Umar, injuring 1 minor with live ammunition and others with tear gas. 13 Palestinians were arrested during late-night raids in Dura, Hebron, Far‘un, Ramallah, Jaba‘ and Aneen. Israel said it would revoke work and travel permits for 500 Palestinians related to the alleged assailant in the attack above. (HA 11/16)

Off the coast of Oman, a suicide drone attacked an oil tanker owned by the Israeli businessman Idan Ofer. Israel and the U.S. said Iran was behind the attack, which caused light damage to the vessel. (AJ, ALM, AP, GDN, HA, HA, MEE, REU 11/16)
