In the West Bank, Israeli settlers attacked Palestinians in Thulth, injuring 4. Israeli settlers also seized the roof of a Palestinian-owned building in the Tel Rumeideh area of Hebron. Israeli forces began work on a settler road near Kafr ad-Dik. 15 Palestinians were arrested during late-night raids in Tubas, Bethlehem, Ramallah, and Hebron. PA forces arrested Palestinian journalist Aqil Awawdeh in Ramallah. In East Jerusalem, Israeli settlers vandalized several vehicles in Silwan, smashing windshields. Israeli settlers also toured the Haram al-Sharif compound. In Gaza, Israeli forces opened fire at Palestinian farmers east of Khan Yunis; no injuries were reported. Peace Now reported that the Israeli government had advanced construction of 12,855 settlement housing units in the West Bank since the beginning of 2023, marking the highest number since Peace Now started tracking settlement advancement in 2012. 9,805 settler units were approved for deposit and 3,500 for validation.
