In the West Bank, Israeli settlers throw stones at Palestinian vehicles traveling near Nablus, causing damage. Israeli forces shoot and kill a Palestinian man, claiming he stabbed and injured an Israeli soldier during a raid in al-Bireh. Israeli forces also shoot and injure 2 Palestinians during a raid in Balata refugee camp. Elsewhere, Israeli forces demolish a house and a water well in Farsh al-Hawa and 2 agricultural structures in Marah Mualla. Israeli forces also seize a bulldozer in Bayt Dajan. Meanwhile, Israeli forces raid 3 money exchange shops in Jericho and Bethlehem, stealing cash. Israeli forces also damage several Palestinian vehicles during a raid in Tayasir. Separately, Israeli forces arrest 20 Palestinians during late-night raids in and around Hebron, Ramallah, Tulkarm, Bethlehem, and Nablus. 3 Israeli settlers are injured in a shooting near Ramin. In East Jerusalem, Israeli settlers raid and occupy a Palestinian home in Batn al-Hawa in Silwan. Israeli settlers also tour the Haram al-Sharif compound. In Gaza, Israeli forces bomb Nuseirat refugee camp, al-Mawasi, al-Bureij refugee camp, Beit Lahiya, Khan Yunis, Rafah, and Gaza City, killing at least 49 people, including at least 42 people sheltering at a UN school in Nuseirat refugee camp. In Lebanon, Israeli forces bomb Kfar Tebnit and Im al-Tout, killing 5 people, including 3 children. More than 38,713 Palestinians have been killed by Israeli forces in Gaza, including at least 16,054 children and 10,700 women, and around 89,166 have been injured since 10/7/2023. At least 10,000 people are missing in rubble. 569 Palestinians have been killed by Israeli forces and settlers in the West Bank and East Jerusalem since 10/7/2023, including 134 children. More than 5,420 people have been injured. Israel reports that 1,139 Israelis and foreign nationals have been killed and 5,400 have been injured in Israel since 10/7/2023, including Israeli soldiers. In addition, 326 Israeli soldiers have been killed and 2,128 injured in Gaza since the ground invasion began on 10/27/2023. Over 1.93 million Palestinians, nearly 85% of the population of Gaza, have been displaced since 10/7/2023. There has been a complete electricity blackout in Gaza since 10/12/2023 due to the Israeli blockade. The Palestinian Commission of Detainees and Ex-Detainee Affairs says it has received testimonies from eyewitnesses of Palestinian detainees being raped at the Sde Teiman detention camp, including of a man who had the nozzle of a fire extinguisher put inside in his rectum before it was discharged. Israeli defense minister Yoav Gallant says a pier at Ashdod port will replace the U.S. floating pier for aid deliveries. Gallant does not say when the pier will be ready to receive aid. Haaretz reports that the Israeli military turned off recording devices on Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s orders during meetings at the command center at the army’s headquarters. Haaretz also reports that Israeli allies, including UK foreign secretary David Lammy, have warned Israeli leaders that settlers could face further sanctions by Western countries if the government does not curb the recent actions by Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich in the West Bank.
