In the West Bank, Israeli settlers demolish 11 structures in Arab al-Milehat. Israeli settlers also throw stones at Palestinian vehicles traveling near al-Bireh, causing damage. Israeli forces shoot and kill 2 Palestinians at a checkpoint near Tulkarm. Israeli forces also shoot and injure a Palestinian child in Salem. Elsewhere, Israeli forces demolish a home and 2 agricultural structures, displacing 9 people, and issue demolition notices for 3 homes in al-Juwaya. Israeli forces arrest 22 Palestinians during raids in Silwad, Birzeit, Bidya, Beit Ijza, Tulkarm, Bethlehem, Jericho, Burqa, and Jerusalem. In East Jerusalem, Israeli authorities demolish commercial structures in Silwan. In Gaza, Israeli forces bomb al-Bureij, Dayr al-Balah, and Gaza City, killing at least 71 people, including 8 police officers in a direct hit on a police vehicle in Dayr al-Balah. Over 1.93 million Palestinians, nearly 85% of the population of Gaza, have been displaced since 10/7/2023. There has been a complete electricity blackout in Gaza since 10/12/2023 due to the Israeli blockade. At least 79,000 housing units have been destroyed and 370,000 have been damaged in Israeli airstrikes since 10/7/2023. The Palestinian Civil Defense says its crews have found 360 bodies in Jabalia refugee camp since Israel withdrew from the area on 5/30. Prime Minister Netanyahu speaks with French president Emmanuel Macron, saying there will not be a full ceasefire until Israel has eliminated Hamas. Israel signs a letter of offer and acceptance for the purchase of 25 F-35 fighter jets from the U.S. worth $3 billion. The U.S. House of Representatives passes a bill to sanction ICC officials and anyone cooperating with the ICC on investigations into American citizens and allies, including Israel. 42 Democrats join the 205 Republicans voting in favor of the bill, which the White House has said it would veto.
