In the West Bank, Israeli settlers vandalize Palestinian property in Duma. Israeli settlers also uproot olive trees in Khalayel al-Loz. Israeli forces shoot and kill 2 Palestinians, including a 13-year-old, during a raid in Ya’bad. Israeli forces also shoot and injure a Palestinian child during a raid in Balata refugee camp. Elsewhere, Israeli forces assault a Palestinian man during a raid in al-Twana. Israeli forces also arrest 12 Palestinians during late-night raids in and around Tulkarm, Hebron, Nablus, Jenin, and Jericho. 15 Palestinians are injured by a projectile that lands in Tulkarm refugee camp. It is unclear if the projectile was fired from Lebanon or an Israeli interceptor. In East Jerusalem, Israeli authorities deliver demolition notices for Palestinian homes in Silwan. In Gaza, Israeli forces bomb Beit Lahiya, Nuseirat refugee camp, Jabalia refugee camp, Rafah, Gaza City, Maghazi, and al-Bureij refugee camp, killing at least 35 people. Israeli forces also issue evacuation orders for the Shuja’iyya neighborhood of Gaza City. In Lebanon, Israeli forces bomb Beirut, Tyre, Mashghara, and many other towns and villages. Israeli forces also bomb a Lebanese military base in al-Amiriya, killing 1 soldier and wounding 18 others. Hezbollah forces fire rockets and drones at several places in Ashdod, Metula, and Tel Aviv, injuring 11 people and causing damage. More than 44,211 Palestinians have been killed by Israeli forces in Gaza, including at least 17,500 children and 11,487 women, and around 104,567 have been injured since 10/7/2023. At least 10,000 people are missing in rubble. 797 Palestinians have been killed by Israeli forces and settlers in the West Bank and East Jerusalem since 10/7/2023, including 169 children. More than 6,500 people have been injured. Israel reports that 1,139 Israelis and foreign nationals have been killed and 5,400 have been injured in Israel since 10/7/2023, including Israeli soldiers. In addition, 376 Israeli soldiers have been killed and 2,440 injured in Gaza since the ground invasion began on 10/27/2023. Over 1.93 million Palestinians, nearly 85% of the population of Gaza, have been displaced since 10/7/2023. There has been a complete electricity blackout in Gaza since 10/12/2023 due to the Israeli blockade. 87% of all housing units in Gaza have been destroyed or severely damaged since 10/7/2023. 3,754 people have been killed and 15,626 have been injured in Israeli attacks on Lebanon since October 2023. Peace Now reports that the Israeli Custodian of Government and Abandoned Property signed a declaration on 11/17 to declare 10.37 dunams (2.6) acres of land in Burin Israeli “state land,” giving the Palestinian landowners 45 days to appeal the decision. The land covers the Yitzhar cemetery which was established on Palestinian-owned land in the 1990s. (PCN 11/24)

Haaretz reports that the Shin Bet is preventing MK Ahmad Tibi from visiting Palestinian prisoner Marwan Barghouti. Jewish MKs, unlike Palestinian MKs, are allowed to visit security prisoners without Shin Bet approval. (HA 11/24)

The Israeli government sanctions the Israeli newspaper Haaretz, saying it hurts the legitimacy of Israel and its “right to defend itself.” The sanctions cut all ties between the government and the newspaper and ban the government from advertising in the newspaper.
