In the West Bank, Israeli settlers assault a Palestinian man in ‘Ain al-Hilweh. Israeli settlers also pump sewage water onto Palestinian crops in Kisan. Israeli forces shoot and kill a 73-year-old man, blow up 23 buildings in Jenin refugee camp, and assault 2 journalist covering the demolitions during the 13th day of raids in Jenin. Israeli forces also shoot and injure a Palestinian man, blow up vendor’s stalls, and close the Red Crescent headquarters in Tulkarm during the seventh day of raids in Tulkarm and Tulkarm refugee camp. Elsewhere, Israeli forces raid Far’a refugee camp, demolishing roads. Islamic Jihad says its fighters engaged Israeli forces during the raid. Israeli forces also force several families in nearby Tammun to flee their homes and damage vehicles with bulldozers. Meanwhile, Israeli forces shoot and kill a Palestinian man and injure several others during a raid in al-Arroub refugee camp. In East Jerusalem, Israeli settlers and soldiers storm a cemetery in Silwan, cutting down fences erected by Palestinians. Israeli forces close a library in the Old City, claiming it is selling inciting materials. Israeli authorities force a Palestinian man to demolish his store in Jabel Mukaber. In Gaza, Israeli forces bomb a car, killing a child and injuring 4 others, near Nuseirat refugee camp and shoot and kill a Palestinian man near Rafah. In Israel, Israeli police arrest 432 Palestinian workers for working without a permit during a large-scale operation. More than 47,498 Palestinians have been killed by Israeli forces in Gaza, including at least 17,818 children and 12,287 women, and around 111,592 have been injured since 10/7/2023. At least 11,000 people are missing in rubble. 901 Palestinians have been killed by Israeli forces and settlers in the West Bank and East Jerusalem since 10/7/2023, including 180 children.  More than 6,500 people have been injured. Israel reports that 1,139 Israelis and foreign nationals have been killed and 5,400 have been injured in Israel since 10/7/2023, including Israeli soldiers. In addition, 408 Israeli soldiers have been killed and 2,485 injured in Gaza since the ground invasion began on 10/27/2023. Over 1.93 million Palestinians, nearly 85% of the population of Gaza, have been displaced since 10/7/2023. There has been a complete electricity blackout in Gaza since 10/12/2023 due to the Israeli blockade. 92% of all housing units in Gaza have been destroyed or severely damaged since 10/7/2023. 46 sick and wounded Palestinians are evacuated to Egypt via the Rafah crossing. PA president Mahmoud Abbas calls on the UN Security Council to meet and discuss the Israeli destruction of Jenin and Tulkarm. The PA issues a statement on the bombing of buildings in Jenin, saying it holds the international community responsible for its silence over the attacks on Jenin and Tulkarm. The Israeli military presents different narratives for why it blew up 23 homes in Jenin refugee camp, including that the homes were used as terrorist infrastructure and that they had to be demolished for Israeli military vehicles to be able to move around on the camp’s narrow streets. Qatari prime minister Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani calls for the immediate start to negotiations for the second phase of the Gaza ceasefire, saying that there is no clear plan for when the negotiations will begin.
