In s. Lebanon, IDF helicopters fire rockets at the car of Hizballah's top military cmdr. Ibrahim `Aql, slightly injuring `Aql, 6 civilians. The failed assassination attempt was meant as retaliation for the recent series of fatal Hizballah attacks on IDF, SLA targets.
