In the West Bank, Israeli forces arrested 16 Palestinians during late-night raids in and around Abu Dis, Ramallah, al-Bireh, Bethlehem, Tulkarm, and Jenin. 2 Palestinians were injured by Joseph’s Tomb when Israeli settlers with military escort toured the site near Nablus. Also in Burqa near Nablus, Israeli forces handed 2 demolition notices for a house and a park. In Hebron, Israeli forces prevented Palestinians from renovating a house. Israeli settlers assaulted Palestinians in Bayt Umar. In East Jerusalem, Israeli authorities banned 10 Palestinians from entering Issawiyya for 5 days. (WAFA, WAFA, WAFA, WAFA 7/2; WAFA, WAFA 7/3)

Russia and Syria condemned Israel for its airstrikes on Syrian territory on 6/30, leading to 16 causalities. The Syrian foreign ministry filed a complaint to the United Nations Security Council demanding accountability over the strikes. (AJ, HA 7/2)
