In a speech at the 25th Arab League summit in Kuwait, PA Pres. Abbas attacks Israel’s attitude toward the peace negotiations, citing violations of international law and bilateral agreements. Abbas specifically refers to settlement construction, the killing of civilians, and attempts to change the status quo at Haram al-Sharif.
