In the West Bank, 8 Palestinians were arrested, including 4 during late-night raids in and around al-‘Arub refugee camp and Dura, and 4 at checkpoints near Jenin and Qalqilya. In East Jerusalem, Israeli forces shot a Palestinian 9-year-old boy in the head with a rubber-coated bullet in Issawiyya, causing serious injuries. According to the Israeli officer who fired the bullet, he shot at a wall to calibrate his weapon. Israeli forces also arrested 2 Palestinians during house raids in Issawiyya. In Gaza, Israeli forces conducted air strikes in Gaza, causing damage but no injuries, and 2 rockets were fired toward Israel; there were no reports of damage or injuries.
