Occupied Palestine/Israel: Israel sends troop reinforcements io Gaza, W. Bank, and Arab East Jerusalem on anniversary of Fateh's first attack. Israeli troops use tear gas, rubber bullets to disperse stone-throwing crowds in Nablus. Minor clash is reported in Gaza's Jabalya refugee camp.
