In the West Bank, Israeli settlers threw stones at Palestinian vehicles traveling near Halhul. Israeli forces violently dispersed Palestinian protesters in Kafr Qaddum, Bayt Jarir, and Bayt Dajan; tear-gas related injuries were reported and 1 Palestinian was hit with a rubber-coated bullet in Kafr Qaddum. 1 Palestinian was arrested during a late-night raid in Hebron. In East Jerusalem, 1 Palestinian was arrested during a raid in Issawiyya. In Gaza, Israeli forces opened fire at Palestinian famers near al-Fukhari; no injuries were reported. In Israel, 1 Palestinian-Israeli man was shot and killed by an unknown assailant after attending a prayer service in Umm al-Fahm protesting gun violence in parts of the Palestinian-Israeli community. 1 Palestinian from the South Hebron Hills who called the Israeli Civil Administration—the Israeli authority charged with controlling Palestinians in the West Bank—to complain about settler incursions on his property was told that the Civil Administration would declare his property a closed military zone if he contacted journalists or activists about his complaint.
