In the West Bank, Israeli settlers attacked 2 Palestinian famers and vandalized their property in Kafr al-Dik. Israeli settlers with military escort also forced Palestinians to leave private land that they were cultivating in Kafr Haris. 2 Palestinians were arrested, including 1 during a late-night raid near Tulkarm and 1 south of Bethlehem. In East Jerusalem, 1 Palestinian was assaulted and arrested near the Haram al-Sharif compound. Off the coast of Gaza, Israeli naval forces opened fire at Palestinian fishermen within 3 nautical miles west of Bayt Lahiya; no injuries were reported. (WAFA, WAFA 3/27; PCHR 4/1)

Iran and China signed an agreement on military and economic cooperation estimated to be worth billions of dollars. Reports of the agreement stated that Iran will supply China with cheap oil for 25 years and China will make extensive infrastructure updates in Iran, and that the 2 countries will cooperate on the development of weapons.
