Iran said it had temporarily suspended its talks with Saudi Arabia to mend the 2 countries’ ties. The announcement came 1 day after Saudi Arabia executed 81 people on the same day, including 3 dozen Shia Muslims. Iranian and Saudi Arabian officials were scheduled to meet on 3/16.
