Hamas released a video of 1 Israeli citizen held prisoner in Gaza, Hisham al-Sayid, who they say is in deteriorating health. Al-Sayid was seen in the video lying in a bed with an oxygen mask and IV drip. The man was arrested by Hamas after crossing from Israel to Gaza in 2015. (AP, MEE, REU 6/28; MEMO 6/29)
