In the West Bank, 1 12-year-old Palestinian boy died of wounds sustained during an Israeli raid on Jenin on 9/28. The boy was shot in the stomach by Israeli forces using live ammunition. Armed Israeli settlers assaulted Palestinians harvesting olives in Khallet Hassan. Israeli settlers also threw stones and bottles at Palestinians in Hebron, causing injuries. Elsewhere, Israeli settlers burned copies of the Quran near al-Ibrahimi Mosque. In East Jerusalem, more than 200 Israeli settlers toured the Haram al-Sharif compound. Israeli forces violently dispersed Palestinian protesters in Shu‘fat, injuring 2 with baton rounds.
