In the West Bank, Israeli settlers uprooted some 120 olive tree saplings in Qabalan. 1 Israeli soldier on leave stopped his car on a road in Huwwara and started shooting at Palestinian homes, causing damage. Israeli forces shot and injured 5 Palestinians during a raid in Qarawat Bani Hassan; 1 succumbed to his injuries on 10/16. Off the coast of Gaza, Israeli naval forces opened fire at Palestinian fishermen west of Beit Lahiya; no injuries were reported.
