In the West Bank, 1 Israeli settler hit 2 Palestinian men with his car south of Nablus, killing both. It was unclear if the ramming was intentional. The U.S. said it supported an investigation into the incident. Israeli settlers also threw stones at Palestinian vehicles traveling near Huwwara, causing damage. Israeli forces notified residents in Aqraba that it has confiscated 3,492 dunams (863 acres) of land classified as state land. In East Jerusalem, 1 Palestinian family demolished their own home in Jabel Mukaber, displacing 2. In Haifa, 3 were arrested for waiving Palestinian flags during a protest against disproportionate punishment of Palestinian citizens of Israel during the unrest that coincided with Israel’s Operation Guardian of the Wall in May 2021. Israeli police also stopped a performance by the rapper Tamer Nafar in Kafr Yasif, claiming that the rapper’s songs incite violence against Israel.
