Israeli forces also razed 5 dunums (1.25 acres) of farmland and sealed 3 water wells with concrete in Hijja. 39 Palestinians were arrested during late-night raids in Bethlehem, Tubas, Jenin, al-Bireh, Salfit, Tulkarm, and Hebron. PA president Mahmoud Abbas and Hamas political leader Ismail Haniyeh met with Turkish president Recep Tayyip Erdoğan in Ankara. The 2 Palestinian leaders met in preparation for the summit of Palestinian political parties in Cairo on 7/30 where reconciliation will be discussed.
