In the West Bank, Israeli forces violently dispersed the funeral procession for a Palestinian minor who was killed by Israeli forces on 9/9 in al-Arroub refugee camp, 5 Palestinians were injured with live ammunition and others suffered tear-gas related injuries. Israeli forces also seized a sewage truck in Burqa and 2 bulldozers in Huwwara. 3 Palestinians were arrested during late-night raids in Beit Furik. 5 Lebanese soldiers were injured when shells from Ain al-Hilweh refugee camp hit an army position outside of the camp. Later in the day, the Islamist factions that have been fighting Fatah in the camp said they would abide by a ceasefire. 5 people have been killed and 52 injured in clashes in the camp since 9/8. Israel reopened the Karim Abu Salem (Kerem Shalom) crossing to Gaza after shutting it on 9/4, claiming explosives were found in a shipment of clothes. (AN, TOI 9/10)

Israeli prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu said he had temporarily blocked National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir’s plan to reduce family visits for Palestinian prisoners until after a number of Jewish holidays next month. (HA 9/10)

A delegation of Israeli officials landed in Saudi Arabia to attend the 45th session of the UNESCO World Heritage Committee, marking the first time Israeli officials have publicly entered Saudi Arabia.
