Palestinians across the West Bank head to the polls to elect new local representatives. Independent candidates win 65% of the contested seats, Fatah-affiliated lists win 27.6%, and DFLP lists win 2.77%. Hamas, the PIJ, and the PFLP all boycott the elections.
