In the West Bank, Israeli settlers release livestock on Palestinian farmland in Arab al-Milehat. Israeli forces shoot and injure a Palestinian man during a raid in Halhul. Israeli forces also continue raids in Jenin and Jenin refugee camp for the 70th day in a row. Elsewhere, Israeli forces continue raids in Tulkarm, Tulkarm refugee camp, and Nur Shams refugee camp for the 64th day in a row, setting fire to homes and opening fire at a vehicle in Nur Shams. Israeli forces also assault a Palestinian family in Susiya in the Masafer Yatta area. Meanwhile, Israeli forces assault Palestinians during a raid in Salem. Israeli forces also demolish an agricultural structure in Bardala. In East Jerusalem, Israeli settlers set fire to UNRWA property in Sheikh Jarrah. Israeli authorities force a Palestinian family to demolish their own home in Silwan, displacing 12 people. Israeli authorities also issue a $4,000 fine to a family for the cost of demolishing their own home in 2017. In Gaza, Israeli forces bomb Jabalia refugee camp, Dayr al-Balah, Khan Yunis, Maghazi, al-Bureij refugee camp, and Gaza City, killing at least 27 Palestinians. Israeli forces also issue evacuation orders for most of Rafah, killing at least 1 Palestinian with a quadcopter while they are fleeing after the evacuation order. In Yemen, U.S. forces bomb Sanaa, killing 3 people and injuring 12 others. Houthi forces say they shot down a MQ-9 Reaper drone. More than 50,357 Palestinians have been killed by Israeli forces in Gaza, including at least 17,881 children and 12,749 women, and around 114,400 have been injured since 10/7/2023. In addition, 14,222 Palestinians who have been missing are presumed dead. 937 Palestinians have been killed by Israeli forces and settlers in the West Bank and East Jerusalem since 10/7/2023, including 186 children. More than 6,500 people have been injured. Israel reports that 1,139 Israelis and foreign nationals have been killed and 5,400 have been injured in Israel since 10/7/2023, including Israeli soldiers. In addition, 408 Israeli soldiers have been killed and 2,579 injured in Gaza since the ground invasion began on 10/27/2023. Over 1.93 million Palestinians, nearly 85% of the population of Gaza, have been displaced since 10/7/2023. There has been a complete electricity blackout in Gaza since 10/12/2023 due to the Israeli blockade. 92% of all housing units in Gaza have been destroyed or severely damaged since 10/7/2023. Haaretz reports that the Israeli proposal for a temporary ceasefire includes a 40-day halt to the bombing of Gaza and the release of an unspecified number of Palestinian detainees in exchange for the release of 11 living captives and the bodies of 16 captives. (AJ, HA, HA 3/31)
