IDF troops arrest 1 Palestinian during a late-night raid in Hebron and patrol nr. Qalqilya and Nablus during the day. In East Jerusalem, Israeli settlers enter Silwan en masse after an Israeli settler vehicle is found burned in the neighborhood overnight, leading to minor clashes between the Israeli forces escorting them and Palestinian residents of the neighborhood (there are no serious injuries). Separately, Israeli forces arrest a Palestinian student during a raid in Bayt Hanina late at night.
