In the West Bank, unknown assailants shoot dead Hisham al-Rakh, a colonel in the PA security forces, nr. Jenin r.c. In the West Bank, the IDF patrols in Yatta village nr. Hebron, and conducts training and sets up tents nr. the village in the afternoon; patrols in 1 village nr. Tulkarm at night; conducts house searches and arrest raids in 1 village nr.
