In Hebron, Palestinians protesting the treatment of Palestinian prisoners in Israeli jails throw stones at IDF troops, who respond with rubber-coated steel bullets, tear gas, and percussion grenades; during the mêlée Israeli undercover units grab and beat a Palestinian teenager, shooting and wounding him with live ammunition as he attempts to flee.
