IDF troops shoot and injure 3 Palestinians during clashes sparked by an overnight raid in Jenin refugee camp, arrest 2 Palestinians, and issue 3 arrest summons during further raids near Qalqilya. In East Jerusalem, Israeli forces arrest 8 Palestinians and issue 1 arrest summons during raids in Issawiyya and Hizma.
