IDF troops shoot and injure a Palestinian driver after halting his car at a mobile checkpoint near Jenin. They also patrol near Qalqilya and Hebron; raid al-Hurriya Media Company in Hebron overnight, damaging and destroying equipment and ordering the company’s radio station to shut down for 6 months on charges related to incitement.
