Barqan settlement in the n. before dawn, suspecting them of attempting to infiltrate the settlement to stage an attack; 1 Palestinian is killed, 2 flee and later turn themselves in to the PASF, which question and release them, barring them fr. discussing the incident; the PA denounces the killing.
