The IDF makes a day-long incursion 500 m inside the Gaza border e. of Jabaliya and Gaza City to level land to clear lines of sight. Unidentified Palestinians fire 6 mortars toward Israel, but all land inside Gaza, 1 hitting a home, injuring 6 Palestinians (1 seriously).
