In retaliation for rocket fire on 8/28, the IDF carries out an air strike, destroying a building belonging to the Palestinian Energy Authority in Gaza City that the IDF alleges concealed the entrance to a smuggling tunnel used by militants to infiltrate Israel; no casualties are reported.
