Hebron, Jenin; sends troops into Bayt Umar in the evening, occupying the top floor and roof of a Palestinian home as an observation post, firing on Palestinian stone-throwing youths who confront them, seriously injuring 1 Palestinian teenager with a gunshot to the head, arresting 2; conducts synchronized late-night arrest raids in villages around Hebron and Jenin, and additional late-night arrest raids nr.
