IDF troops on the n. Gaza border e. of Jabaliya fatally shoot a 13-yr.-old Palestinian boy in the head when he strays near the border fence while herding sheep. In the West Bank, the IDF conducts simultaneous late-night house searches in villages nr. Jenin, making no arrests. (PCHR 2/19)
