In the West Bank, the IDF makes an arrest raid on Qalqilya, killing PRC mbr. ‘Abd al-Raziq Bakir Nazzal, a bystander; conducts arrest raids, house searches in and around Nablus and nr. Bethlehem, Hebron (severely damaging an electricity network in al-Sammu‘), Jenin. In retaliation for the deaths in Qalqilya, the AMB fires 2 rockets fr. Gaza toward Israel; 1 lands in Gaza the other nr. Sederot, causing no damage or injuries. In Hebron, 4 Jewish settler women fr.
