Ramallah, al-Khadir (arresting 10 Palestinian boys ages 14–18); confiscates 110 d. of agricultural land in al-Jaba‘a southwest of Bethlehem for construction of a settler bypass road linking Gush Etzion settlement to Bethlehem.
