The IDF evacuates Dotan base nr. Jenin, used as a staging area during the evacuation of 4 nearby settlements under disengagement; fires on a group of Palestinian teenagers that enters the base before the pullout is entirely complete, killing 1 Palestinian; conducts house searches, interrogations in Kafr Qaddum; raids 2 charitable societies in East Jerusalem, forcing out the staff, searching offices, confiscating computers and documents, sealing the buildings.
