Overnight, the IDF conducts arrest raids, house searches in and around Hebron, Jenin town and r.c., Tulkarm and nr. Qalqilya. During the day, the IDF reopens the Qarni crossing. Late in the evening, IDF artillery fires 6 shells at open areas nr. Khuza’ e. of Khan Yunis, causing no injuries; resumes arrest raids, house searches nr. Hebron, in and around Jenin town and r.c. Birzeit University students suspend all classes, demanding the resignation of PA Interior M Yusuf over the conduct of the PA police on 10/29, the release of jailed student leader Barahma.
