Hundreds of Palestinians attend a joint funeral in Bayt Umar nr. Hebron for 5 of the Palestinians whose corpses were returned to their families on 12/23. IDF troops violently disperse dozens of young mourners who throw stones after the procession; there are no serious injuries. Meanwhile, the IDF arrests 6 Palestinians during late-night raids nr. Ramallah and Bethlehem, and patrols nr. Hebron. In East Jerusalem, Israeli forces arrest a Palestinian in the Old City after she is found to be carrying a knife.
